This past week I finished reading one book- Duplicity Dogged the Dachshund by Blaize Clement (expect a post on this book today or tomorrow)
- One More Story: Thirteen Stories in the Time-honored Mode by Ingo Schulze
- 44 Scotland Street by Alexander McCall Smith (audio, I'm using my New York Public Library membership to checkout their on-demand audio books)
- The Lexicographer's Dilemma: The Evolution of 'Proper' English, from Shakespeare to South Park by Jack W. Lynch (received through the LibraryThing Early Reviewers program; nonfiction, it's not a quick read, but I'm really enjoying it)
- War and Peace, Book 2 (Librivox audio available here)

The Duplicity book sounds cute -- I need to check that one out!
ReplyDeleteI don't usually enjoy "animal" mysteries, but I did like the few by Clement that I've read. I'm curious to see what you thought of it.

ReplyDeleteMarie - 'Duplicity' is the 2nd book in a series. The first is 'Curiously Killed the Cat Sitter'
